The DMARC record is used to prevent email spoofing attempts by malicious internet users and hackers. DMARC aims to prevent emails with fake sender addresses.
To prevent sent emails from being marked as spam and to ensure smooth delivery to recipient servers, you need to add/update the TXT (DMARC) record as follows:
- Record Type: TXT
- Name: _dmarc.yourcompany.com
- Content: v=DMARC1; p=none; sp=none; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=86400
- TTL: 3600
